It’s almost the summer time and you know what that means, ladies, feeling great. Getting that bikini body is next to impossible if you are not the motivated type. But there are many resources you can use especially on the internet, and that’s what I hope to discuss in this blog going forward.
With any plan of exercise or even diet, you have to be committed. If you are not, well, just do something else.
So first, take a look at your exercise program and then your diet. They both go together. They have to. Some of the routines right now include P90X, aerobics, jogging visiting the gym.
In regards to your diet, make sure you are clear on what you are going to eat. Use a food calorie counter or an app to track your calories. Also keep good records of what you eat, how much and how often.
If you plan to fit into that bikini by June 1 you have to start now! I’ll be back with more because I’m detailing my plan.
